A POSSIBLE BUILD DIRECTION

From prompt to prototype.

Outcode’s editorial suggestions for this idea. Adapt the scope to your skills, available data and the people you want to help.

A small first version

Import merged pull requests from one public repository, group them into features and fixes, and let a maintainer edit a customer-facing draft before publishing.

How to test it

Compare the draft with a changelog written by the maintainer. Check that each claim links to a real change and that internal or sensitive notes stay out. Keep human review before publication.

A direction for a larger project

For a larger project, add release boundaries, duplicate detection and an evaluation set of correctly classified changes. Measure editing effort against a manual baseline.
