1. The service
Outcode.lol is an independent project built by Team.Shiksha. It presents GitHub contribution activity in a public leaderboard and profile format and provides a community idea board. The site is free to use; we do not ask users to pay to access it.
2. GitHub connection
Connecting GitHub authorizes us to read the profile and contribution-calendar data needed to create and refresh your Outcode profile. You are responsible for keeping your GitHub account secure and for the information you choose to make public through the service.
3. Community submissions
You retain responsibility for ideas and comments you submit. You grant us permission to display, moderate, and retain them as needed to operate the idea board and its discussions. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, confidential, or personally identifying material. Community votes are signals, not ownership claims or promises that an idea will be built.
4. Moderation and acceptable use
Registered users may flag ideas. We may automatically redact heavily flagged submissions and may redact, restore, or remove ideas or comments to protect the service and its community. Do not manipulate votes or flags, misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access accounts or data without authorization, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or GitHub's terms.
5. Availability and accuracy
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Contribution statistics depend on GitHub and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
6. Third parties
The service relies on third-party services including GitHub, Google Analytics, DataFast, and Google AdSense. Their services and policies apply to their respective processing of data.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. Questions or complaints can be sent to [email protected].
