A small first version

Track a contractor, an access owner, a system and an expiry date in a private register. Send a reminder that requires the owner to confirm removal.

How to test it

Use test accounts to check overdue access, changed owners and duplicate reminders. Clearly separate a reminder being sent from access actually being revoked.

A direction for a larger project

Add read-only reconciliation against an authorized integration. Evaluate drift between the register and real access before considering automatic revocation.
