A small first version
Send test messages only to inboxes you control, record delivery timestamps and capture template rendering for a few essential transactional emails.
How to test it
Test missing messages, malformed templates and broken links. Explain that a controlled inbox result does not guarantee placement for every real recipient.
A direction for a larger project
Add provider-specific test accounts and compare rendering across clients. Track regressions over time while keeping recipient data and mailbox credentials private.
