A small first version
Model plans, features and account assignments, and expose a server-side check that answers whether an account may use a specific feature.
How to test it
Test unknown accounts, downgraded plans and a forged client request. Access must be enforced on the server, not just by hiding interface controls.
A direction for a larger project
Add versioned policy changes, audit history and a cache invalidation strategy. Test how quickly revocations take effect during a service outage.
